Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- Item is damaged
- Item is incorrect
- Item has manufacturing defect
Return request must be submitted within 3 days after delivery.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available if:
- Size issue (if applicable)
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product received
Return Conditions
Product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With tags (if applicable)
Otherwise return request may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Opened hygiene items
- Discounted/clearance products
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Refund time: 5–7 working days
- COD refunds via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa
